WHO IS GOD? (How would you share Who He is?)
Thanks for leading this week’s study in your Connect Group. Here’s what we hope your group members will know, feel, and do.
KNOW
During the EASTER season, we are emphasizing the opportunity we have to SHARE THE GOSPEL with people.
This week’s Connect Group Study explores both how God can create curiosity in the lives of people (for Him), and how we can be a part of that “whetting of the appetite”
FEEL
As you begin your group sharing and study time, talk about CURIOSITY. What is it? Ask your fellow members to share an incident where they were curious – what were they curious about? Why could they not rest until they found out “the answer”?
Make it a point to explore WHY people seem to lack curiosity about God these days?
DO
The APPLICATION section this week can be a bit sobering. You may find that very few in your group have actually shared the gospel with anyone in a long time.
Kindly explore this issue. Let the Holy Spirit bring a corrective spirit to your encouraging one another. Frankly, there’s nothing the Enemy would like more than to keep us silent and disconnected from those who know Jesus.
